Mia Del Motte, MSc, is a clinical research professional specializing in the investigation of novel treatments for neuropsychiatric
conditions. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.Sc. in Neuropsychology from Maastricht University, where her culminating thesis examined subjective effects and neuroplasticity markers associated with low-dose LSD. She has contributed to the development and management of several Phase II and Phase III studies, including a Texas state-funded study of psilocybin-assisted therapy for PTSD. She is also involved with nonprofit organizations focused on peer support, harm reduction, and youth advocacy.
In her role at Spectrum Neuroscience, Mia coordinates operations for the site's sponsored clinical trials, including COMP006, DT402, and M26-293. She oversees participant recruitment, regulatory affairs, and CRO/sponsor relations. She is passionate about advancing alternative treatment options for individuals who do not respond adequately to currently available therapies.
Our young daughter was in a recent ASD clinical trial. We had 6 visits and numerous correspondence — all were professional and thoughtful. Met with Dr. Vats, Dr. Rahaman, Mr. Chu, a visiting Italian doctor, and a Psychologist. We were happy with the results and care.
