We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced licensed therapist to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Therapist will provide individual, couple, and family therapy to clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals navigate mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions with a focus on client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.
• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, trauma survivors).
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic approaches or interventions.
