My Approach

Executive Skills Coaching

My strengths-based executive skills coaching involves an in-depth focus on core domains of adult ADHD. These skills may include coping and management, improving executive skills, functional outcomes, self-regulation, personal and professional productivity, life satisfaction, and well-being.

I am a dedicated coach that works with clients to maximize their potential. In doing so, I consistently use approaches tailored to the clients specific needs while maintaining a high degree of involvement. I am an integrative practitioner, incorporating interpersonal and cognitive behavioral approaches into my work. I am able to work with clients to teach specific skills and strategies to make better lifelong choices. These choices may be related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, and time management.
